IIT Roorkee and Futurense Launch India’s First No-Code AI Marketing Certification for Professionals

IIT Roorkee Unveils India’s First Full-Stack No-Code AI Marketing Course for Professionals

In a pioneering move that blends cutting-edge technology with marketing innovation, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced the launch of a one-of-a-kind postgraduate certification in AI-enabled digital marketing and MarTech. Developed in partnership with edtech company Futurense, the six-month programme is set to begin on October 11, 2025, and is tailored for working professionals across the marketing and digital media landscape.

Designed for convenience and flexibility, the course will be conducted entirely online on weekends, making it accessible to busy professionals. What makes this programme unique is that no prior coding experience is required, lowering the barrier of entry for those without a technical background.

A First-of-Its-Kind Full-Stack, No-Code AI Certification

According to IIT Roorkee, this is India’s first full-stack AI marketing certification that takes a no-code approach—a game-changer for digital marketers looking to upskill without learning programming.

The course will focus on the integration and deployment of AI-powered systems in the marketing ecosystem. Participants will learn to work with industry-standard tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot, Segment, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.

A key highlight is the programme’s hands-on learning model, which includes live “AI Clinics,” mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals, and a final capstone project that involves building AI-driven campaigns based on real brand briefs.

Curriculum Rooted in Industry Demand

The certification is specifically structured in response to rapid changes in the digital marketing space, driven by the adoption of generative AI tools. According to insights shared by the institute, while over 88% of marketers use GenAI tools, less than 10% are applying them across the entire marketing funnel—a skill gap this programme aims to address.

Emerging roles like AI content strategist, MarTech architect, and digital automation consultant are seeing rapid year-on-year growth (estimated at 15% to 22%), and companies are actively looking for professionals who can build cross-platform, AI-powered marketing ecosystems.

This course is not only an opportunity to learn the technology, but also to understand how to strategically integrate AI into customer journeys, CRM, campaign design, and real-time analytics.

Eligibility and Learning Structure

The programme is open to a broad range of professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, brand strategists, product managers, marketing consultants, and entrepreneurs. With no coding requirement, it invites participation from both tech-savvy individuals and those just beginning their AI journey.

To bridge any learning gaps before the main sessions begin, the course offers a pre-foundation module—the Futurense Bridge Course. This segment introduces learners to prompt engineering, no-code AI workflows, and integration tools, ensuring everyone starts with a solid base.

The full programme comprises over 120 hours of live instruction, project work, and mentorship, all delivered virtually. Learners also have the option to participate in a two-day campus immersion at IIT Roorkee, offering them a chance to network with peers and faculty in person.

Fees and Certification

The total fee for the course is Rs 1.40 lakh plus GST. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a joint certificate from IIT Roorkee and Futurense, adding a prestigious credential to their professional portfolio.

With this initiative, IIT Roorkee is not just responding to industry needs—it’s reshaping the future of marketing education. The AI marketing certification empowers today’s marketers to become tomorrow’s tech-enabled leaders, equipping them with the skills to build smarter, faster, and more effective campaigns in a rapidly evolving digital world.
