Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has officially opened admissions for its 2025–26 academic session under the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). The 2025–26 prospectus was unveiled last week by Vice Chancellor Prof. Mazhar Asif and Registrar Prof. Md Mahtab Alam Rizvi, in the presence of CDOE Dean Prof. M. Moshahid Alam Rizvi and members of the Prospectus Committee. According to the official statement, the document provides detailed information on admission procedures, course structures, and the learner support services available to enrolled students.
Prof. Asif emphasised that the university’s vision aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP), aiming to expand educational opportunities to learners across India. “The aim should be to reach learners in all regions,” he said, underlining the importance of increasing enrolment and accessibility nationwide.
