Mark Sheets, Pass Certificates, and Rank Certificates
ICAI will send result statements by post within 30 days of the results. If candidates do not receive their mark sheets, they can contact:

Those who pass both groups, whether jointly or individually, will receive a pass certificate within 60 days. If not received within 8 weeks, candidates can write to the above emails accordingly.
Distinction and Rank Certificate Criteria
Candidates will be recognized as passing “with distinction” if they:
- Clear all papers in a single sitting
- Achieve at least 70% aggregate marks
The distinction will be clearly mentioned on the pass certificate.
To qualify for a rank certificate (up to the 50th rank), a candidate must:
- Pass the exam in a single attempt
- Not claim exemptions in any paper
- Secure at least 55% aggregate marks
These certificates will be sent to the respective ICAI regional offices for distribution.
Verification and Certified Copies of Answer Books
Candidates have the option to verify their marks and request certified copies of their answer books through the ICAI Self Service Portal (SSP) within 30 days of result declaration:
- Verification of Marks:
- ₹100 per paper (maximum ₹400 for all papers in a group or both groups)
- Certified Copies of Answer Books:
- ₹500 per paper
- Scanned answer scripts will be emailed to the candidate’s registered email ID in SSP
Note: The verification process does not include revaluation, only a rechecking of the totaling and marking.
No Provision for Improvement
ICAI does not allow improvement attempts for candidates who have already passed the CA Intermediate or Final examinations. Reapplying in the same category is not permitted.
