The secrets to IIM Bangalore’s continued success in India

IIM Kozhikode had a slight improvement in its ranking from the 171–180 band last year to the 161–170 band this year, while IIM Indore maintained its position from the previous year.

According to the QS Executive MBA rankings 2025, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore is the top-ranked Indian institution. IIM Bangalore dropped from 41 to 50 last year. Out of 233 of the top executive MBA programs worldwide, it is one of seven Indian universities that are listed in this year’s QS Executive MBA rankings. Three of the seven are IIMs, while the other four are private organizations.

The results were made public on Wednesday by QS Quacquarelli Symonds, a global analyzer of higher education.
