DRDO Invites Applications for Apprentice Training
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has started the application process for apprentice training at its Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) in Delhi. The recruitment drive offers opportunities for Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices, giving fresh graduates and technical diploma holders a chance to gain hands-on experience in one of India’s premier defence research laboratories.
According to the official notification, selected candidates will undergo 12 months of apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act. During the training period, apprentices will receive a stipend as per applicable government rules.

The recruitment includes apprenticeship positions for candidates from ITI trades, diploma programmes, and graduate-level engineering and science disciplines.
